![]() KRISTA M. KODL
Krista M. Kodl is an associate attorney at Ogden & Fricks LLP, where she handles transactional and litigation matters. Prior to joining the firm in 2005, Ms. Kodl worked as a loan officer on agricultural and commercial loans with a portfolio of up to $140 million, where her role included originating, analyzing, and servicing the loans. Her substantial commercial lending background provides significant advantages in commercial property transactions, developing and implementing business strategies, and loan work-out negotiations. In addition to assisting clients with general corporate counseling and formation issues, her practice emphasizes real estate, business, and agriculture transactions, litigation, and dispute resolution.
Ms. Kodl is a long-time resident of the Central Coast having graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo (B.S. Agricultural Business) in 1995. While working as a loan officer, Ms. Kodl attended Santa Barbara College of Law, where she received her Juris Doctor degree in 2004. Ms. Kodl was admitted to the California bar in 2004 and has been working full-time for Ogden & Fricks LLP since 2005. Ms. Kodl is admitted to practice in California and the Central District of California. Ms. Kodl is active in the community and served as President of the Arroyo Grande Chamber of Commerce in 2005, and currently sits on the Board of the San Luis Obispo County Women Lawyers Association and is the President of the SLO County California Women for Agriculture. |
